At Plusskateshop, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and original-condition skate equipment and apparel. Please note that once a skateboard has been assembled or gripped, it is no longer eligible for return.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to start the return process and verify eligibility.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and protective wrapping is intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
